Job summary

Dressing, LLC is seeking Production Team Members for shifts in our Houston facility. This non-exempt, hourly role offers varied days, holidays, and weekend work with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced food production environment.

You will prepare and portion food according to recipes, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and contribute to a collaborative team that values quality and customer service. Training provided.

Production Team Member Core Responsibilities

Typical activities include, but are not limited to:

Physical Demands

• Required to stand during work shifts.

Supervisory Responsibility

The Production Team Member position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a non-exempt position. Days and hours of work vary depending on production needs. This position regularly requires working extended hours, holidays, and weekends.

Work Environment

This job operates in a warehouse work environment setting. Occasionally be exposed to variable temperatures depending on the season. Daily environmental exposures to heat, cold, and water.
