Pay
- Machine Operator: Pay is based on production incentive; hourly rate generally averages $24 to $30/hour in the first year.
- Forklift Roles: Starting at $20.33/hour; $22.96 after completing training and securing permanent bid
- Weekly pay
- Annual wage progression increases
Shifts Available
- 2nd: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 3rd: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Shift Differential
- 8-hour shifts: 2nd shift +$1.00/hr; 3rd shift +$1.25/hr
- 12-hour shifts: Day shift +$1.00/hr; Night shift +$1.50/hr

Job Responsibilities
- All production team members are hired into the Labor Pool classification where you will be trained in a role suited to your skills. Upon completion of training, you will be eligible to secure your permanent bid job by seniority. Common job responsibilities include:
- Operate automated and semi-automated production machines to manufacture automotive batteries
- Make minor adjustments, diagnose equipment issues, and perform operator-level preventive maintenance
- Conduct visual inspections and required quality checks
- Keep accurate records of production and defects
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Comfortable working 8-hour or 12-hour shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and twist for extended periods
- Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills
- Must be able to wear required PPE
