Job summary

The Tongue & Groove Store in Duluth, MN is seeking a Production Team Member for a full-time, entry-level role with great benefits, steady hours, and room to grow. No experience needed, you’ll be on your feet in a hands-on wood production environment daily.

Responsibilities include feeding and catching material from production equipment, inspecting lumber for defects, sanding and finishing wood products, and packaging finished materials per work orders, with paid breaks and 1.5x overtime.

Qualifications

• Reliable and ready to work on schedule.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stay active.
• Basic math and measurement reading skills.
