Job summary

MasterSpas is seeking a Production Team Member to help build high-quality hot tubs and swim spas on a four-day work week. This cross-trained role lets you learn multiple production areas, work with a safety-conscious team, and contribute to a reliable manufacturing process.

You’ll handle tasks from materials preparation to assembly and testing, with on-the-job training provided. No prior manufacturing experience is required, and opportunities for growth are available as you develop with us.

What You’ll Do

This is a cross-trained role, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to learn and work in multiple areas of production.

Core Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and procedures to ensure quality production
• Perform tasks across multiple departments as needed

What You Might Work On

• Preparing materials and forming spa shells
• Installing jets, plumbing, and electrical components
• Assembling frames and structural components
• Testing products for quality and performance
• Finishing, detailing, and packaging final products

You Should

Physical & Work Environment

• Repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling 50–100 lbs. with assistance
• Standing, bending, and moving for extended periods
• Working in non-temperature-controlled environments
• Working with materials such as fiberglass, resin, and related products

Job Type Full Time

Schedule

Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:00pm, possible overtime as assigned.

Compensation

$16.50/hr. ($18.50/hr. for select positions) plus competitive benefits package.

• eligible for merit increases after 90 days of continuous employment
