Job summary

Master Spas is hiring a Receiving Material Handler to unload shipments, organize inventory, and ensure production has materials needed for operation. You will support daily receiving, maintain inventory accuracy, and move materials using forklifts.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to learn multiple tasks. Schedule is Mon-Fri 6a-2p with benefits; forklift certification is required and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming freight and verify shipments.
• Record deliveries in the Freight Receipt Log.
• Stock materials in the appropriate warehouse locations.
• Pull materials based on daily production needs.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with year-end physical inventories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Operate forklifts (stand-up and sit-down).
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification (required).
• Keep receiving and storage areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to support workflow.

As a Receiving Material Handler, you’ll play a key role in unloading incoming shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring production teams have what they need to succeed. What You’ll Do

You’ll support daily receiving operations and help maintain accurate inventory across the facility.

Receiving & Material Handling

• Unload incoming freight and verify shipments

Mon‑Fri 6a-2p (Hours may vary based on dept. needs)

Compensation

• $17.00-$19.00 per hour to start plus competitive benefits package
• $1.00 an hour once forklift certification received at Master Spas
