Description

Knight Material Technologies is looking for a full-time, Production Team Member at their East Canton, OH location. The Production Team Member is responsible for completing customer product requirements on time and with the highest quality within an assigned area, while maintaining an environment aligned with the Knight Material Technologies How We Work Principles: Safety and Compliance, Customer Focus, Respect, Integrity, Problem Solvers, and Teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an environment prioritizing Safety and Compliance.
• Engage in the spirit of the Knight Material Technologies How We Work Principles.
• Maintain regular attendance as per company policy.
• Support the production of ceramic products, ensuring quality outputs.
• Communicate with Manufacturing Operations Lead, Production Supervisor, and/or Production Manager about production delays.
• Accurately update forms and computer systems.
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Willing and able to work in hot, humid, dusty, and noisy environments.
• Adhere to safe work practices, including wearing PPE.
• Be a contribution-minded team member.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Press or extrusion experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements

• Extensive walking and standing.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Access all areas of the facility.
