Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some industrial manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Basic math skills, ability to follow directions, and adherence to all safety and environmental rules and regulations.
• Ability to work independently, possess a strong work ethic, good attendance, and adapt to varying temperature conditions.
• Physical capacity and stamina to work in a demanding environment: bending, standing for long periods, stooping, lifting/pushing up to 50 lbs, and navigating stairs.

About ProAmpac:

Located in Claremont, NH, ProAmpac operates a 24/7 manufacturing facility producing rolls of specialty Kraft Paper from 100% recycled material. The rotating swing shift schedule involves working an average of fifteen 12-hour shifts per month, with fifteen days off, including seven consecutive days. This schedule allows for one week off per month without a paycheck deduction. No more than four 12-hour shifts are worked consecutively during the cycle.
