Manufacturing Production Team Member - 2nd Shift

Position Overview

NVR, the parent company of Ryan Homes, is seeking motivated individuals to join our Kings Mountain NC Plant. We value reliability, strong attendance, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. This role involves direct labor production tasks related to building new homes in our warehouse-style manufacturing facilities, emphasizing flexibility, quality, safety, and productivity. No experience is necessary as all training is provided.

Position Details

• 2nd Shift hours: 2:30pm - 1:00am (Monday-Thursday)
• Starting pay: $24.75/hour, with increases based on experience

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or construction
• Technical training or certifications related to the field are considered
• Higher wages possible for experience in framing, millwork, trim, or related construction skills
• Teamwork skills to achieve productivity goals
• Proven reliability with excellent attendance
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors in a safety-focused environment
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods
• Experience with hand tools, nail & staple guns, and reading tape measures is preferred; on-the-job training available
