Smurfit Westrock in Cincinnati, OH is seeking Production Team Members for a union plant on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour, with vacation after 60 days and comprehensive benefits.

• Safely perform a wide range of tasks including stacking corrugated product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Operate various manufacturing equipment and power hand tools as directed.
• Read a tape measure and apply basic math in daily tasks.
• Work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
• Lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs, standing, kneeling as required.
• Work daily overtime and weekends per shift requirements.

Production Team Members

Location: 9960 Alliance Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242

Starting Pay: $23/hour, 2nd or 3rd shift (union facility), 1 week of vacation after 60 days.

Union Plant

Hiring on 2nd and 3rd Shift. Must be willing and able to work either shift.

The Opportunity

• Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include stacking corrugated product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
• Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
• Required to work daily overtime and weekend work.

The starting rate is $23.00 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 5 days of paid vacation, and 7 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
