Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities by coordinating manpower and assigning work.
• Ensure safe operations by enforcing standards and conducting safety talks.
• Drive production performance by operating equipment and monitoring inventory and quality.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and work instructions.
• Coach and develop team members through on-the-job training and feedback.
• Support continuous improvement through corrective actions and lean/5S activities.
• Foster cross-functional communication and teamwork across shifts.
