Qualifications

• Ensure daily inspections and frequency checks are done accurately.
• Conduct Pre-Shift meetings to address safety and production issues.
• Fill in for team members as necessary.
• Complete hourly data collection and performance graphing.
• Coordinate daily job responsibilities for team members.
