• Bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams and driving performance on safety and quality.
• Familiarity with lean practices and continuous improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production teams to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Promote safety, coach performance, and manage records and time-tracking.
• Communicate policies and coordinate with other departments to meet customer requirements.
• Apply 5S and lean tools to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Plan production to align with demand while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new products and processes.
