Goodwill of Greater Washington is seeking a capable supervisor to lead production operations for donations, inventory, and processing. The role emphasizes excellent customer service to donors, adherence to procedures, and guiding a team to maintain quality merchandise flow to the sales floor.
The position requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds. A strong background in store operations and safety is preferred.
