• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive knowledge of production processes, equipment and tools.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse team to hit quality and output targets.
• Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in forecasting, scheduling and managing costs within a manufacturing setting.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to monthly forecasts and owns daily/weekly output and quality targets.
• Manages performance, motivation and satisfaction of the team to meet targets.
• Oversees training and skill development for multi-skilled capability.
• Ensures timely conduct of return-to-work interviews and disciplinary hearings.
• Manages controllable operating expenditures such as scrap and consumables.
