Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing leadership.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating production.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to monthly forecasts and owns daily/weekly output and quality targets.
• Manages performance, motivation and satisfaction of the team.
• Oversees training and skill development for staff.
• Ensures timely disciplinary actions and return-to-work processes.
• Controls operating expenditure such as scrap and consumables.
• Coordinates resources to meet quality and quantity targets.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external customers.
