Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or three years related experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintain documentation.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with several variables and solve problems.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead 20–30 production employees to meet production and quality goals.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve issues to maintain schedules.
• Provide resources (materials, equipment, HR) to position team for success.
• Foster a world class safety and wellness culture.
• Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and customer service.
• Train and develop Operations Team Leads for future advancement.
