• Identifies and resolves bottlenecks in the production process.
• Manages controllable operating expenditures such as scrap and consumables.
• Leads and motivates a diverse team to meet quality, output and efficiency targets.
• Ensures timely return-to-work interviews and disciplinary proceedings when required.
