Job summary

Rite-Hite Environmental Enclosures Corporation in Dubuque, IA is seeking a production supervisor to help meet daily goals by coordinating production materials and resources and guiding team members on the shop floor. The role requires a high school diploma or GED with at least five years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ability to read drawings, and basic computer skills. You will report to the area supervisor and work hands-on as needed.

Required Experience: Rite-Hite makes top quality products and hires the most qualified employees to contribute to that. Requires a knowledge of manufacturing procedures and capacities, company products and components, and production/inventory control procedures. Ability to read and interpret design drawings. Basic computer skills required.
