Job summary

SMP Automotive Systems Alabama Inc. Cottondale, AL is seeking a Full Time Operative to support daily manufacturing duties on the production line, following established procedures and safety rules. You will help maintain quality and efficiency while supporting a cohesive team environment.

You will assign tasks, monitor performance, and liaise between workers and management to sustain high output and smooth communication on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to develop, implement and assess performance metrics.
