We are seeking a Production Team Leader to join our Sterling South plant. This role supports the Production supervisor and involves hands-on engagement in assembly, tear down, and recovery processes to maintain line efficiency, product quality, and meet production targets.

Essential Functions

• Promote safety by understanding and enforcing all safety policies and procedures, with zero tolerance for unsafe acts.
• Assist in pre-shift activities, ensuring materials are ready and the line is prepared for operation.
• Prepare the line for the next shift, ensuring it is operational, stocked, clean, and organized per 5S standards.
• Operate a forklift as needed (training provided if no experience).
• Maintain objectivity as a leader, avoiding personal friendships that could impact job performance.

Employment Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Ability to operate a forklift

• Stand for 8+ hours daily
• Lift up to 40 pounds unassisted
