Schedule: M-Th 5am-3pm

Job Purpose: Coordinates the effective use of equipment, facilities, team members, and skill sets to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements.

Job Responsibilities

1. Schedules all direct labor personnel on daily work activities to ensure optimal utilization of skills and man hours to meet production and quality standards.
2. Trains employees and maintains training records.
3. Ensures compliance with manufacturing process documentation.
4. Maintains schedule adherence and collaborates with management on staffing levels.
5. Leads high-performing teams: interviewing, hiring, training, directing work, appraising performance, and addressing employee issues.
6. Maintains quality standards on all products produced during the shift.
7. Distributes supplies, manages inventory, and initiates reorders as needed.
8. Advises management on process improvements, production issues, maintenance, safety, and other relevant matters.
9. Follows employee relations practices and company policies.
10. Ensures safety practices, housekeeping, and proper PPE usage.
11. Performs all other duties as assigned.
