Job summary

Manitou Group in Yankton, SD is seeking a Production Team Lead Trainee to support training, coordinate daily production schedules with the Production Supervisor, and develop leadership skills in a hands-on environment; base pay starts at $20.00 per hour with a 15% shift differential on 2nd shift and a potential quarterly bonus.

• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train employees; coordinate work with team leader and supervisor.
• Recommend improvements to safety, quality, cost and lead time.
• Motivate teammates to achieve high quality and productivity.
• Collect, report and evaluate quality and productivity data.
• Ensure personnel have parts, materials, and training to complete work.
• Develop and implement training plans with Team Leaders and Supervisors.
• Support department operations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain compliance with safety rules and company procedures.
