Job summary

Associated Staffing Inc. in Yankton, SD is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:15pm–2:45am) to lead a team of about 20 and drive productivity, schedule adherence and cost control.

The role offers a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 per year with up to 10% bonus potential, full benefits, relocation assistance for qualified candidates, and a direct-hire, permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field (preferred).
• 5 years of leadership and supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and decision-making skills.

• Lead and develop a 20-person team to maximize productivity, customer satisfaction and financial goals.

Summary:

• Full Time (direct hire, permanent) Production Supervisor position

• Indoor, clean temperature controlled environment


• Supervise 20 team members


• Salary of $85k - $100k/yr based on experience, plus up to 10% bonus potential


• 2nd shift (4:15pm - 2:45am) schedule available


• Monday - Thursday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related field strongly preferred


• 5 years of leadership and supervisory experience


• 2 or more years of production or manufacturing experience preferred
