Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift Store in Colorado is seeking a Production Supervisor to support the Production Manager and oversee daily operations in the production room. You will supervise production activities, coach team members, ensure safety, and help optimize productivity while meeting company standards.

This role offers growth in a dynamic thrift-store environment with guidance from the Production Manager and exposure to cross-functional operations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, Teams, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks per instructions.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous thrift/retail or warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production room operations and ensure schedules are followed.
• Coach and develop production team members and train new staff in procedures and safety.
• Ensure safety and compliance; conduct regular safety inspections.
• Collaborate with Production Manager to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Assist in creating production schedules and manage workflow to improve labor efficiency.
• Participate in training programs to enhance production operations knowledge.
