Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

• Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production room operations and ensure efficient workflow and schedules.
• Coach and develop production team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure safety and compliance with procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Production Manager to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Assist in building production schedules and managing workflow for labor efficiency.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
• Review reports and contribute to achieving department performance metrics.
