Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift in Florida is seeking a Production Supervisor to support the Production Manager and oversee daily operations in the production room. You will supervise the team, ensure workflows are efficient, maintain quality, and help meet production goals.

This role offers growth within a dynamic thrift store environment and hands-on guidance from the Production Manager. You will coach team members, ensure safety and compliance, assist in scheduling, and collaborate to resolve issues,

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy including MS Office, Teams, and Outlook is expected.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within set procedures.
• Experience in thrift/retail, warehouse, or customer-facing roles is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in the production room, ensuring efficient workflow and schedules.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards for items prepared for the sales floor.
• Coach and develop production team members and train new staff on procedures and safety.
