Qualifications

What You’ll Do

As a Line Lead, you will support employees on the production floor, keep workflow on track, and help ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met each shift.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety‑minded, and comfortable leading a team in a manufacturing environment.

Food production experience is helpful, but strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills are most important.

• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production.
• Previous lead, leadership, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, teamwork, basic math, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read production documents, follow specifications, and work overtime or weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a production environment with varying temperatures, equipment, noise, and required safety gear.
