Job summary

Techniplas is seeking a Team Lead in Dalton, GA to guide operators, coordinate with the Production Supervisor, and actively address issues to keep production running smoothly. You will lead by example, reinforce standard work, and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met daily.

Responsibilities include assigning daily work, training and coaching employees, monitoring pace boards and SPC/quality records, and driving containment and continuous improvement across the line.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing experience, preferably automotive.
• Direct experience with injection molding or similar processes; leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned team to meet SQDC targets.
• Assign daily work and provide directions to operators.
• Train and coach employees based on work instructions and standard work.
• Edge issues and drive continuous improvement on the line.
