Job summary

Dover Food Retail (DFR) in Conyers, GA seeks a Team Lead Production to guide daily work, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate tasks, train new associates, and work with supervision to meet production schedules while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. This role emphasizes teamwork and ongoing skills development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3+ years related experience.
• Basic computer experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook; AS400 or similar system knowledge.
• Strong safety, quality, and 6S knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team follows safety policies, quality policies, and procedures (R3, 6S).
• Assign and execute daily production tasks to meet schedule and standard hours.
• Provide OJT training and develop associates; support Lean and continuous improvement.
• Communicate daily feedback on goals and performance; foster teamwork and adaptability.
• Escape culture of continuous improvement and ensure on-time delivery to internal customers.
