Responsabilidades

• Promote safety with daily safety discussions and audits.
• Ensure team compliance with safety protocols through communication and training.
• Record incident details and submit required forms timely.
• Communicate equipment status, expectations, and activities to the team.
• Relay critical information to management as needed.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Maintain time and attendance records.
• Handle production and staffing reports and other admin tasks.
• Coordinate staffing needs and overtime with management.
• Lead daily start/end meetings to review quality metrics.
• Monitor processes and team activities to meet quality and production goals.
• Identify opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Engage subject matter experts as needed.
