• Record incidents and ensure proper documentation and follow-up actions.
• Prepare team for daily activities with clear communication of status and expectations.
• Coach and develop team members; provide performance feedback.
• Maintain time and attendance records and manage production reports.
• Collaborate with management on staffing needs and overtime management.
• Conduct daily safety discussions and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Identify production opportunities and implement corrective actions.
