Job summary

Carfair Composites Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to assist the production supervisor. You will lead assigned personnel to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality, while meeting production schedules.

You will act as a liaison between the supervisor and employees, maintaining competency and stepping in during staffing shortages. This role emphasizes safe operations, adherence to policies, and timely, cost-effective outputs.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge and experience in blueprints.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Leads assigned personnel to ensure that all employees are working safely, efficiently and diligently to meet quality standards and production schedules.
• Leads and instructs employees to perform the required job tasks within the department.
• Maintains competency to perform all tasks associated with the area of responsibility.
• Works independently with minimal direction using good judgement and initiative.
• Fills in for any department staffing shortages due to vacancies or production demand.
• Support company standards for safety, including housekeeping
• Other duties as assigned
