Job summary

Original Composites and Fiberglass is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily production, drive efficiency, and mentor a crew in a safety‑conscious environment. You will coordinate with plant leadership to meet targets and uphold quality standards across operations.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing leadership experience, familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in manufacturing with quality systems exposure.
• Experience following procedures, work instructions, and controlled documents.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing facility preferred (3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the crew and ensure safe, efficient production.
• Drive labor efficiency and optimize machine utilization to improve metrics.
• Mentor team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and safety policies.
