Alltex Staffing & Personnel is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead the ID1 rotating shift in our Baytown, TX operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on production experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to drive safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily workflow, coaching teams, coordinating with maintenance and quality, ensuring PPE compliance, and maintaining accurate shift documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Able to work a 12-hour ID1 rotating shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM).
• Focus on safety and quality.
• Reliable and organized with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production workflow and shift activities.
• Lead and support production teams to meet targets.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE compliance.
• Monitor equipment, output, and shift performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and management.
• Train and coach employees for productivity.
• Complete shift reports and documentation.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
