Job summary

OPW Propane Energy Solutions is seeking a Team Lead II at our Conover manufacturing facility, onsite, with a Monday–Friday 7:30 am–3:00 pm schedule and overtime as needed. You will supervise a diverse production team, monitor progress, train employees, and communicate production goals and procedures to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires strong knowledge of the assembly process and prior Team Lead experience, plus high attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• 1–3 years leading a team in manufacturing.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety toolbox talks and participate in plant safety meetings.
• Perform in-process audits to ensure procedures and documentation are followed.
• Maintain and update LDM/hours boards and work-order status.
• Review work-center schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to optimize machine uptime.
• Coach and develop team members through kaizen events and training.
