Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a production supervisor in a North Carolina facility to safely and efficiently manage the assembly line and support the supervisor. You will oversee daily team activities, ensure quality, and drive production goals while coordinating with the plant team.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing leadership, strong communication, and a safety-first mindset. A high school diploma is required; additional degrees preferred.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with diverse backgrounds.
  • Bias for action; ability to manage priorities to drive production.
  • Willing to be flexible and nimble.
  • Excellent attendance; willing to work a flexible schedule.
  • Willing to participate in leadership trainings as required.
  • Safety focused; completes safety audits and actions.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the daily activities of team members in the department.
  • Updates all performance boards hourly.
  • Conducts morning stretch & flex and briefs employees.
  • Follows up on safety incidents/near misses to ensure safety.
  • Attends morning production meetings.
  • Participates in daily Out of Box Audits.
  • Understands product knowledge of all components.
  • Operates machines and hand tools as necessary.
  • Checks computer to determine which cabinets are 'hot'.
  • Sets up the department for the next day’s build.
  • Coaches employees on policies and procedures.
  • Covers for supervisor in absence.
  • Fills in where extra help is needed.
  • Maintains excellent attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Position Summary: Safely and efficiently manage the assembly line and assist the supervisor, while properly handling materials and products, meeting production goals, maintaining quality standards, and team objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Leads the daily activities of team members in the department.
  • Updates all performance boards on an hour by hour basis.
  • Conducts morning stretch & flex and briefs all employees from daily production report.
  • Follows up on all safety incidents/near misses as required to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Attends morning production meetings as directed.
  • Participates in daily Out of Box Audits as required.
  • Understands product knowledge of all components in the department.
  • Operates all machines and hand tools in the department as necessary ad required.
  • Checks computer to determine which cabinets are "hot" and have to be ran.
  • Adds missing items to the Hot List for whatever day they are loading.
  • At the end of the day, sets up the department for the next day’s build.
  • Coach employees on policies and procedures as necessary and required.
  • Covers for the supervisor in his/her absence.
  • Fills in where extra help is needed.
  • Excellent attendance is required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
