The Inventory Control Team Leader is responsible for facilitating the activities of the Inventory Control team by balancing operational, strategic, and administrative needs in order to meet the Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives of the unit. You will also guide the Inventory team to ensure production needs are met.

Responsibilities include:

1. Be the main point of contact for Production and Inventory for All CBR and ITR production lines
2. Manage point of use (POU) Material replenishment in coordination with Water Spiders and Uncrating team for various kits and parts
3. Oversee production disturbance management related to inventory and coordinate resolution
4. Work with Kitting and material replenishment teams to meet daily production goals
5. Print and organize Kitting Picklist in SAP for all kitted materials
6. Receive incoming materials with 100% count accuracy and SAP GR, ensure proper putaway
7. Coordinate problem PO/delivery confirmations with purchasing team
8. Ensure completion of Material Request Forms based on demand
9. Address and resolve part issues from production
10. Communicate work order changes to inventory personnel
11. Participate in production meetings, shift-end meetings, and Genba walks as needed
12. Ensure all direct labor timesheets are completed
13. Train inventory team members on inventory processes

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Business or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma with 6 years of experience in logistics, manufacturing, warehouse, or inventory control
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP
