Job summary

Kutol Products Company, a Cincinnati-based manufacturer of liquid hand soaps and hand sanitizers, seeks a Production Team Lead to oversee filling lines across all shifts. You will set up, operate, and changeover lines, lead line teammates, and ensure paperwork meets FDA standards. Prior FDA or cGMP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude to perform sets ups and changeovers using hand tools.
• Ability to direct and lead a team on the production line.
• Reading skills to follow fill line work orders and customer specifications.
• Attention to detail and writing skills to complete required checks and documentation.
• Basic math skills for line calculations and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the filling line to meet production goals and produce quality product.
• Set up, operate, clean out, and changeover assigned filling line.
• Direct teammates on the line and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Complete required paperwork and processes to meet FDA requirements.
