Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Team Lead for the Full Color department on the Flatbed side at the North Mankato, MN facility. This full-time role supports daily operations on the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm) with responsibilities including startup, crewing alignment, run priority, and daily WIP reporting.

The ideal candidate will communicate clearly, meet production goals, and drive quality checks across print materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee startup and control processes in the Full Color department.
• Align crewing to production volumes and area needs.
• Establish run priorities based on customer requirements for operators and packagers.
• Manage daily WIP reports and track production goals.
• Gather metrics and identify barriers for continuous improvement (Gemba).
• Ensure quality checks for print, finishing, and packaging.
