Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Team Lead for the Full Color department on the Flatbed side at the North Mankato, MN facility. This full-time role supports daily operations on the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm) with responsibilities including startup, crewing alignment, run priority, and daily WIP reporting.

The ideal candidate will communicate clearly, meet production goals, and drive quality checks across print materials.

It’s time to look at Taylor. **Your Opportunity:** Taylor Corporation is looking for a **Team Lead** for our Full Color department on our Flatbed side in our North Mankato-MN facility.**Work Authorization:** To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. **Your Responsibilities:*** Process startup and control* Align crewing to the need based on volumes in area* Establish run priority based on customer requirements for all operators, assemblers and packagers* Manage all aspects of the daily WIP reports* Meet production goals* Establish daily, monthly and annual goals for team members* Gather metrics and barriers for Gemba* Confirm quality-routine checks* Print quality, cutting quality, Finishing quality, packaging quality **Your Shift:*** 1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm **Requirements within this position:*** Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand* Regularly required to remain in a stationary position* Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials* Frequently required to move inside the facility* Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry) The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20 - 24. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
