Job summary

Adams Thermal Systems Mexico (Recr) is seeking a Manifold – 1st Shift Team Leader to oversee daily operations in the Operations department. You will support the Production Supervisor and coordinate the flow of material and people to meet schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include leading a team on the shop floor, enforcing ATS guidelines, training staff, and reporting production data.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and learn GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor and Operations Manager in daily operations.
• Ensure a safe, efficient, and quality work environment.
• Lead teams and coordinate with shift team leaders.
• Maintain production flow and report production data.
• Enforce ATS policies on the shop floor.
• Train associates on QSPs and safety practices.
