Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• 10+ years in manufacturing quality, automotive/OEM environments.
• 5+ years of direct quality leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Canton Quality Department and mentor the Canton quality team.
• Maintain presence on the manufacturing floor; work with Operations and Engineering to resolve quality issues.
• Own Canton QMS and IATF 16949 certification; prepare for audits.
• Lead customer-specific requirements and develop plant quality objectives and KPIs.
• Serve as primary quality contact for ATS customers and drive 8D responses.
• Support APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC documentation.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure manufacturability and quality compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and align across ATS locations internationally.
