Giesecke+Devrient ePayments America, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee shift production, train staff, and drive continuous improvement on the factory floor.

You will coordinate operations, monitor performance, and maintain 6S standards while ensuring adherence to GMP and quality guidelines. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, Quality standards, and GMP.
  • Proficient verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • High level of personal integrity.
  • Availability and willingness to work overtime as required.

The pay range for this position is $24.76-$28.75 and is eligible for an annual bonus.
