Job summary

Healthcare Linen Services Group in Memphis, TN is seeking a Full Time Team Lead to assist the supervisor with daily production tasks, train staff, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and SOPs. You will communicate instructions to coworkers and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), can stand long hours, lift up to 40 lbs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and maintain a safe, efficient work

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Be able to stand on feet up to 12 hours a day.
• Be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Be able to push/pull soil/clean carts weighing up to 800 lbs. (on wheels).

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in daily production tasks.
• Communicate instructions from supervisor to coworkers.
• Ensure workstations have available work to process.
• Train new hires and employees as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures; enforce quality, production, and safety standards.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts in regards to quality and production.
