Job summary

Healthcare Linen Services Group in Wichita is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure company goals are met, maintain linen quality, and control production costs. You will train Supervisors, support safety standards, and coordinate with HR and Maintenance.

The role requires 3–5 years of related production experience, a High School diploma, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of related production experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach department personnel for job performance.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring, training and improvements.
• Act as supervisor in their absence and manage PTO scheduling.
• Support KPI goals and production standards with a 5S/quality focus.
• Coordinate with sales/service/office on production schedules and customer concerns.
• Oversee warehouse and linen inventory; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement SOPs; monitor daily performance and repairs with maintenance.
• Assist in incentive programs to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and stay current on industry practices.
