Job summary

Healthcare Linen Services Group is seeking a production supervisor to lead multiple departments on the Gibsonburg, OH production floor. You will coach staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive efficient workflows.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of related production experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook; bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a High School graduate with good communication and leadership skills.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of related production experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to support diverse workforce.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple departments and diverse team of production operators.
• Ensure employees are at their work areas and workloads are balanced.
• Maintain safe, clean workflows while meeting quality standards.
• Coach, train, and develop staff; enforce company policies.
• Review performance with management and support HR in hiring/training.
• Oversee 5S and continuous improvement initiatives on the floor.
