Qualifications

• Ability to stand on feet up to 10 hours a day.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to work on the production floor.
• Ability to push/pull soil/clean carts weighing up to 800 lbs.
• Must have 6 months to 1 year of related production experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple departments and diverse teams of production operators.
• Provide training and follow-up on department personnel.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and a productive workflow.
• Ensure accuracy through the use of production and quality metrics.
• Prepare and submit performance reports.
