Responsibilities

• Lead associates to work safely and efficiently.
• Identify parts, verify part numbers, and production numbers.
• Daily verification that fixtures are in good condition and sufficient for jobs.
• Verify (setting and desetting) that all parts/loads are set and deset according to processing standards.
• Train setters and desetters to perform setting and desetting; teach them to look for bad parts, mixed parts, etc.
