Job summary

CACI International Inc. in Aberdeen Proving Ground solicits a Production Team Lead to coordinate our tactical communications production team supporting the Army’s dissemination systems.

You will guide a skilled workforce across design, development, fielding, and modernization to deliver on-time, within budget, and to spec. The role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly, a BS/BA in engineering or related field, and 5+ years of project management experience with DoD systems.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly is required.
• BS/BA in engineering, business administration or project management.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 8+ years DoD field support and systems training.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and manage program operations and priorities.
• Identify solutions to complex problems and introduce new technical tools.
• Develop and maintain Army contacts to satisfy mission requirements.
• Serve as lead for coordination and execution of customer requirements.
• Manage a diverse workforce through design, development, integration, fielding, and modernization.
