QED Systems, LLC is seeking a Team Lead, Tactical Systems (Engineer) to join our team at APG, MD, supporting Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics. The role leads design, integration, and delivery of mission-critical data flows and ISR-enabled platforms.

Ideal candidates bring a strong engineering background, 10+ years of related experience, and a Top Secret/SCI eligibility clearance. The position is full-time with travel and co-location with the customer in government spaces.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science is required.
Ten years of related work experience is required.
Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Oversee product design and interrogation supporting mission-specific tactical requirements.
Integrate emerging technologies to address Army/IC customer needs.
Ensure alignment with RTB requirements and guidance.
Manage integration of hardware and software components for mission-critical data flows and networks.
Coordinate field requirements for seamless transition to modernized platforms.
Oversee all stages of product creation and delivery.
Provide resource management and assess risk (cost, schedule, quality).
